We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice (In trading hours) in order to cancel or change an appointment.

After this time, we usually charge at least 50% of the service fee, to cover our losses. This amount is often more, of clients booked multiple services in one visit. (Such as bleach menu/Highlighting/Permanent waves/straightening.)

· Booking fee (Deposit): After the appointment, you can simply deduct it from the service fee. In the event that you need to cancel or change any service appointments, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice. (In our trading hours except Mondays AND Thursdays.)

If you forget or cancel your appointment without 24-hour notice, please understand that this will result in a charge.” Multiple Services Cancellation Policy -If a booking for multiple services is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, we will charge clients 100% of the deposit fee. (non-refundable)

We will also require a deposit to guarantee any further service appointments.
